Refund Policy

There will be NO REFUNDS after May 1st, 2023. The only refunds that will be offered after May 1st will be if, for some unforeseen reason, we are unable to hold the tournament at Wasatch Mountain on June 24th, 2023.

Refunds WILL NOT be offered to any teams that fail to meet the handicapping requirements on the day of the tournament. If the handicaps signed up with fall out of the handicap parameters on the day of the tournament, that team will be disqualified from play and WILL NOT receive a refund.
